Boostnote Release Notes

There are many ways to help our community improve Boostnote, a document-driven project management tool designed for remote DevOps teams. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please create a discussion in the Feature Requests category. Your input could be a new feature or an improvement for existing features.

To get started, we invite you to read our contributing guide, which explains our development process and provides information on how to propose bugfixes and improvements. Whether you're interested in participating in development, helping other users, or simply learning more about the app, there are many ways to contribute.

If you have any urgent or private concerns, please join our Slack channel and send a direct message to Wanna Contribute. We also encourage you to participate in discussions on our Q&A discussion page if you're unsure how to use Boostnote.

Although we still don't cover every API yet, you can access the basic folder and document management features. Our frontend source code is available for review, but please note that we currently provide only the frontend source code, so you cannot host your own backend server.

To participate in development, you can try our mock backend mode, and we'll provide further instructions. If you find any interesting issues but their specifications are unclear or you don't know how to fix them, please leave a comment on the issue. Some of these issues may have a small bounty attached, so you can earn a cup of coffee after resolving them.

We've also labeled some issues with the 'help wanted' label for external contributors to try and resolve. You can share your thoughts in our General Discussion page, Dev.to, Reddit, or your blog if you have one.

Additionally, you can help other users by answering their questions here on the platform. Share your experiences using Boostnote by writing an article, and don't hesitate to reach out with any ideas or suggestions. There are many ways to contribute to our community, so let's get started!
